asking for help applying for CPA Australia International Ambassador

first off, im sorry that i cant type chinese right now. at the school lib

okay here is the situation, i am an international student doing accounting. Just got the message says there is oppotunity for international students to participate in a program called CPA Australia International Ambassador, Bascially, its a program iniitated by CPA that helps international students to gain some experience.

To apply for this program, i have to do a bit of writing, one of the questions that they asked me in the application is  "Why you would value being a CPA international ambassador" word limits is 200-500...

anyone cares to give me some tips on this?? i dont know much about CPA...and how should i start my answer to this question, like why kind of personality they expect, what sort of characteristics they want from ppl....any tip would be really really appreciated..

是个好机会，但是我对CPA不怎末了解，他们对那些品质比较重视呢？或者我怎末写why do you value this opportunity这样的问题，不一定非要是CPA，任何工作都可以，我就像获得一些ideas,有个大概概念怎末写。
