JOB DESCRIPTION
General description:
To deal with customer IT enquiries over the phone. To provides support, education and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and issues.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answer all the phone call related to customer IT enquiries
• Gathering and renewing the information of customer’s requirement
• Assessing customers’ need and explaining the good and services with meet their needs.
• Offering professional service to clients to solve their problems with hardware and software
• Managing the installation and downloading appropriate software
• Testing regularly to make sure the efficient use of application and equipment
• Inspection network connection, solve the problem timely
• Checking associate equipment such as printer and modems regularly, ensure then run in good condition
Essential Skills:
• Experience of file management to a high standard
• A flexible, highly motivated, proactive and “Can Do” attitude
• Good organizational skill, ability to prioritize and work effectively.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, generate fresh and innovative ideas
Desirable Experience and/ or Qualifications:
• An industry recognized qualification relevant to area of specialism
• Broad knowledge of occupational health and safety
