Our company is one of Australia's leading international manufacturers based on North Shore, Sydney. The product line includes all range of supplements to cosmetic products. We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our busy administration team.

Role and Responsibilities include:

Greeting visitors at front reception.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Organising visitors appointments
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain the functionality of the office
Assisting Sales and Marketing team
Other administrative and customer service duties as required

Essential requirements of the role:

Excellent communication skills, excellent phone manner
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous administrative and reception experience
Well-organised and time management skills
