We are a young, award-winning and fast growing ecommerce company which deals with pet products. Due to our expanding sales, we are looking for a Customer Service and Marketing Excutive to help us in becoming a major online pet product company.
The job mainly includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
-Answering emails and general customer inquiries
-Good communication and marketing skills
-Providing sales and marketing support
-Fulfill customer orders
The ideal candidate would be:
-Responsible and careful worker who could multi-task
-Good organization skill
-Proficient in English
-Quick in typing
-Happy to work in a small office environment
-Work experience preferred though not essential
-Work experience in ecommerce industry highly desired
Others:
-We offer flexible work hours
-We are looking for a Full Time but Part timers can be considered
-There may be some career advancement opportunities, such as Marketing Manager or Communications Manager, which largely depends on your performance
