-Bachelor degree is a must
-Degree in computer science, IT, business management or finance is desirable

-Job shadowing with senior business analyst
-Learn and practice business analysis skills in IT space
-Provide support to senior BA, software development team and senior management team
-Work closely with stakeholders and external clients
