We are an established, expanding food distributing and importing company. We are seeking an experienced, energetic and result-oriented individual to support the Marketing Manager to further optimize our product exposure and market share.

Responsibilities include:

Brand management, brand performance reviews and oversee all events & marketing campaigns
Develop creative and robust A&P plans and execute to achieve bold business and brand objectives nationally;
Increase market share and achieve targeted sales growth;
Conduct market review and develop compelling consumer insights and implement strategic trade and consumer marketing programs;
Identify and arrange the most effective mass media for advertising programs;
Assist in Public Relations and Media Liaison
Other company-wide sales and marketing projects and activities

Skills & experience required:

At least 3-5 years of similar experience, preferably have exposure in the food industry;
Have good understand of the industry with excellent business network;
Relevant tertiary qualification;
Excellent verbal & written communication and  negotiation skills;
Valid NSW Driver's license and have a reliable car;
Strong organizational skills;
Sound problem solving and analytical skills;
Possess financial aptitude in terms of business planning and budget management;
Demonstrate business acumen and commercial astuteness;
Solid mathematical and analytical skills;
Exceptional relationship building skills;
Proficient at using computers and the required applications
