我是email扫描件过去的，发出后会立刻收到一封自动回邮，虽然自动回邮的内容不相关但也能表明他们收到了。
然后第二天就直接收到学校发来的 orientation邀请信。

我第一次没有按PDF格式发，立即收到一封自动回复，但好像和我的邮件无关。后来我调整成PDF格式又发了一遍，到现在也没收到回复。

大概就是如下内容，不相关的，可能就是太多家长发邮件问分数所以才设置的

我也收到这个自动回复，但是到现在也没收到正式的回复

学校不同，答复的时间可能也会不同，再耐心等等

这个不是学校的答复哦，是SSU的，目前依然没收到，继续等

我今天把signed OC response form  电邮到SSU。自动回复是 will attend to it in 21 days。有人收到这个回复吗？这效率惊人呀。

自动回复没有very shortly，看来需要做好久等的准备

收orientation信和发确认信没有关系的

都是自动回复，表示他们就收到了

要是实在不放心，你可以再传真一遍，虽然表里说不要发两次

这confirmation of response form为啥这么慢呢？

正式回复是指收到SSU的确认来信，内容部分如下；

Dear MR ***

I refer to your application for Year 5 entry to an opportunity class in 2017 on behalf of:

**, **
Student number: C16 *** ***

Our records show we have received your completed response form with the following information:

School: ** Public School
Outcome: Reserve
Response: Remain

School: ** Public School
Outcome: Offer
Response: Accept

If you have accepted an offer you will be sent an "Authority to attend" in January 2017. This authority must be taken to the school on the first day of attendance.

Students who have accepted an offer may stay on a higher choice reserve list (if applicable) until 5.00pm on 27 January 2017. After that time, after that time no further offer will be made to students who have accepted a place in an opportunity class.

Please contact the Unit immediately if this information does not agree with your intended response.

如果还没有收到，证明还没有看你们的邮件或者别的原因。我的周一发出，当时收到一个自动回复，周二就收到这个邮件了。

附件的文件名格式应该是C16 *** *** Lastname response form.pdf.
