公司要重签工作合同.关于中止合同部分,条款如下:
Termination: The Company shall have the right to terminate this
Agreement at any time, without prior notice, if the
Company is of the opinion that you have been guilty of
misconduct or have become otherwise unfit for
employment in any way whatsoever. In the event that
your employment with the Company is terminated for
any other reason, the Company will provide one (1)
month’s notice (or such greater amount of notice as
may be required by law) or payment in lieu of notice.
If you voluntarily terminate your employment with the
Company, you must provide us with one (1) month’s
written notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon expiry of this Agreement pursuant to the section
on Termination, you shall not be entitled to any
compensation, severance pay, or indemnity
whatsoever.
