About the JOB:

Due to business expansion, we are seeking full-time Registered Migration Agent. Daily roles and responsibilities include:



-Respond to visa enquiries within the specified time frame

-Preparation of application for skilled migration, business skills migration and family migration

-Management of applications from pre lodgment to visa approval

-Manage expectations of clients, including providing updates as required.

-Promote EIC Australia services

-Application of student visas support

-Understand and update migration policy and information



Ideal applicants:

- Registered Migration Agent

- Relevant Australia and New Zealand migration counseling experience most preferred

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results

- High level of problem solving and negotiation skills

- Good at time-managing and multi-tasking

- Fluency in English, Mandarin, with Mandarin being essential

- Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint applications

- Expert in promotion activities

- P.R or Citizen requested
