Due to the significant and rapid growth, the company is looking for some fresh talent to join their team of successful and passionate Customer Service Representatives.
About the role:
As a Dispatch & Repair Specialist, you are responsible for all mobile repairs are completed quickly and without incident or delay to ensure our customers received an superior service with having new or faulty devices returned to them, this contributes to customer retention, sales and revenue growth. More specifically your duties will include:
• Respond to and process customer queries and requests with regards to repairs and dispatch
• Successfully manage customer’s expectations and agree Service Level Targets
• Pro active end-to-end management of repair process
• Maintain regular contact with customers which will include making phone contact
• Manage customer stock and provide reports for the business
• Understand your customers’ business rules
• Maintain repair and dispatch correspondence and processes
• Assist with staging and pre-loading
• Arrange couriers for freight of devices
• Regularly communicate with other divisions of the customer service delivery team regarding customer orders and requests
• Maintain a tidy working environment which includes a minimum daily clean up.
• Maintain a friendly relationship with couriers and raise any concerns with couriers to management
Skills and experience required:
• Extremely high attention to detail is a key requirement to this role
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of mobility products
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to develop rapport and build relationships with account managed customers and key stakeholders
• Proven ability to problem-solve
• Proven ability to work effectively both as a team player and independently
• Intrinsically motivated with an adaptable, "can do" attitude
• A high degree of computer literacy
• The ability to learn new systems and product sets fast
