朋友租的公寓,申请了NetCube的宽带,结果安装人员来了两次都没有安装好。
电话里也没有说清楚原因,发来了两次邮件:
第一封:
As we spoken over the phone, our Internet service technician advised of possible wrong terminating number as we tried to ring the service number but it is not ringing onsite.
You may need to contact the private technician who you have checked the internal wiring for you. It seems that your phone line is still not connected properly.
If the technician didn't check the wiring and bumpering issue properly, you may need to organize another cabler or technician to check for you.
第二封:
As advised before there is jumpering issue which telstra does not support, kindly arrange private technician to complete the cable wiring issue.
也不知道这个所谓的jumpering到底是个什么东西,归谁管理的?如果要找人来解决这个问题,曾经问过一个华人电工,说只会搞电路,不懂网络。那么应该找什么人才能解决这类问题呢?
足迹上有没有网路高手愿意抽点时间帮忙有偿解决一下?
