我孕前就知道了所以找了私人ob并且尽量找有自己血库的医院,我不清楚悉尼的情况,但是肯定不是所有的医院 ...
In my last pregnancy I had anti-c and anti E antibodies they will need to test your blood every 4 weeks until 28 weeks then every 2 weeks until birth to check to see if your antibody Titres aren't rising, they generally don't start rising until the last month of pregnancy anyway.
There is no injection for this type of antibody if your antibody levels are quite high there is a very good chance your blood will cross the placenta and attack your babies blood leaving he/r anemic which you should be offered a U/S to check the blood flow in your babies brain if the blood flow is funny the. Your baby is anemic if this happens before the 34 week mark your baby will need a blood transfusion in utero via the umbillical cord if it's after 34 weeks then they will induce you then give your baby a blood transfusion. The chances of all these happening are very slim. Though they will test the cord blood once bubs is born just to check if your blood crossed through. Also there is a good chance bubs will come out jaundice. Have they testes your partners blood if not get them to that would be a huge indicater that bubs will have any issues. also there is a very very slim chance that the baby could have kidney issues.
Though I will add that this 'doesnt' cause issues if it's your first pregnancy with the antibodies it really only causes problems in subsequent pregnancies.
I had anti-c and anti-E towards the end of my third pregnancy then in my fourth pregnancy I was closely monitored but fortunately my levels were low and didn't cause any issues. Now that I'm pregnant again I only have anti-E and again will be closely monitored. With a 28 week appointment at the maternal fetal specialist clinic they will do a thorough U/S and will determine if I need to keep seeing them for the remainder of my pregnancy. |
