Export Air Operator with min 2 years experience

We are a modern progressive logistics company based in the CBD seeking an experienced airfreight operator to join our team.

To be an eligible candidate you must have:
·        Minimum of 2 years Experience in Export Air Operations
·        Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
·        D.G. & R.A.C.A. accreditation
·        EDI Cargo wise expertise
·        Proficiency in MS Excel
·        A high level of Customer Service
·        Attention to detail
·        Accuracy and proficient data entry skills

Main Responsibilities:
·        Receiving bookings for exportshipments
·        Handling import airfreight
·        Booking freight with airlines
·        Producing Export documentation suchas MBL,HBL and Manifest
·        Arranging transport/cartage
·        Preparing documentation
·        Liaising with clients, overseas agents, airlines, freight forwarders and internal departments
