移民/房产法律顾问
任职要求：
1、熟悉移民及房产項目的运作及相关政策，拥有专业处理移民业务的律师牌照；
2、具有至少1年以上的移民和房产行业的工作经验 ；
3、了解移民业务市场，熟悉移民咨询的业务流程，能为客户提供咨询或解释服务；
4、有一定的客户资源，建立并维护良好的客户关系网；
4、拥有良好的语言表达能力和交际能力，并具有较强的执行力与应变能力；
5、谈吐大方，举止得体，思维活跃，创新能力强；
6、有澳洲驾照和澳洲房产销售经验优先考虑。

Migration Agent/Immigration Lawyers/licensed conveyancer
Enjoy Life Group Pty Ltd is looking for Migration Agent/Immigration Lawyers/licensed conveyancer to join our team in Melbourne. Enjoy Life Group is a comprehensive enterprise involving migration agency, property sales, business investment ect. Our headquarter is located at Guang Dong Province, Enjoying a good fame for its 20 years development, Enjoy Life Group has achieved the leading position in the industry. Our Melbourne brunch is located in a modern office in St Kilda, if you got the passion and willingness to be successful, Enjoy Life Group is a place where you can make your dreams come true.
The successful applicant should have:
1. Licensed conveyancer/Lawyer/Migration Agent with Minimum 1 year experience
2. Specific knowledge about the following visa categories: ENS(457/186), RSMS(187), GSM, Partner visa, Investment visas(188a,b,c),Parent visa and Student visa.
3. Ability to work well in fast paced environment
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Attention to detail
6. Some subdivision procedure knowledge
