帮local朋友Wendy转发,非常nice的一家人,他们在上海生活了4年,刚回悉尼,希望可以招一个住家学生,帮忙一些简单家务,教点中文。包吃住,周薪$300。
Live-in Mandarin speaking university student/part-time worker wanted to support Mandarin learning for our four children, and assist with occasional babysitting and light household duties.
We are an Australian family that has recently returned from 4 years living in Shanghai. Our four young children are all fluent in Mandarin so we would love to open our home to a Mandarin speaking university student or part-time worker who wants to be part of a friendly Australian household. The job description is to speak Mandarin in the house (to me and the children), babysit when required and perform light household duties.
The successful applicant will:
* speak Mandarin in the house
* provide 4 hours of Mandarin tutoring to the kids per week
* provide 2 hours of Mandarin tutoring to me per week
* perform 10 hours of light house duties per week: ironing, cooking, changing bedsheets. We will have a separate cleaner.
* provide 14 hours of babysitting per week
We will provide:
* Generous accommodation (fully furnished private light-filled bedroom with study area)
* Internet, utilities, laundry facilities & meals
* $300 per week
We are flexible with when the duties, Mandarin classes and babysitting are performed in order to accommodate a university/ work timetable and study time, preferred days off etc.
We live in a newly renovated house in East Lindfield. A bus stop is conveniently locate outside the house:
City Bus Routes: 206, 207, 208
Chatswood Bus Route: 558
Macquarie University Bus & Train: 558 then T1 line
Lindfield train station is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute bus ride.
The successful applicant can move in from the week beginning 7 September.
