This role aims to provide high level administrative and secretarial support to a busy Sydney based professional and his team. The candidate is required to work with minimal supervision on a variety of projects. The successful applicant will need to be motivated, have excellent secretarial and technical skills, and a strong personality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrange client meetings
Word processing
Prepare reports using Excel
Prepare presentations using PowerPoint
Diary management
Travel arrangements – domestic and international
Answer incoming calls and redirect appropriately, if necessary
Arrange in-house breakfasts, lunches and dinners
Co-ordinate client entertainment functions and roadshows
Complete Travel & Entertainment reports using the online ARIBA system
Complete other administrative duties on a timely basis
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Minimum 3 years experience in a role supporting a senior executive
Strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and the flexibility to work extended hours when required
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to taking on a broad range of responsibilities
Experience with organising client entertainment functions and roadshows
Proficient in all MS applications including Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Experience with basic desktop publishing applications would be preferred
