Our company has been involved in theproperty industry for two decades and is regards as one of the fastest growerin Melbourne. Now we are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to providehigh level administrative support to our team and relief other team memberswhen required, where you will:
Answer incoming calls;
Assist reception;
Liaise with contractors and suppliers;
Attend to enquiries;
Complete required paperwork;
File documents
And ad hoc duties required by management.
Skills and experience:
Experience is not necessary,
Microsoft office skills
Strong time management
Communication Skills,
Literacy and numeracy skills;
Friendly team player;
Be self-motivated.
