4500这是正式tender acceptance fee了吧。前期soil test和survey他们怎么收费，还是说合并在tender一起？

我什么钱都没交，HH就给我estimated quote了两份了已经。

需求汇总。

• Customer hired building inspector
• Interview and put site supervision's name in contract. How many ss for one home building?
• Report of soil test and survey available to the home owner?
• How many times of soil test
• Base price of a 38 sqm floorplan, what's excluded from the base price.
• Site cost items: Tiger tails, narrow street traffic control, material handling, piers
• External: Glazed terracotta roof tiles, driveway inclusion, Alfresco tiles and slab, Alfresco kitchen readiness, garage door remote control, garage floor,  R4.1 and R2.5 sarking, between floors R2.0, double glazed windows
• Internal: 3m ceiling height ground floor, 2.6m first floor, entrance double door with raised height, room doors raised height, flooring taken out, 8 zone AC 20kw+, power outlet for curtain and blinds.
• How much is the allowance for electrical and lighting, indoor and outdoor.
• Kitchen: Dual-tone shaker style cabinets to the ceiling, underlighting to the upper cabinets, storage and lighting at back of island under benchtop, bulkhead glass cabinets with internal lighting, kitchen island and benchtop stone upgrade allowance, stone vs glass splashback, butler's pantry with standard stone benchtop, seal the seam of tiling, Franke single bowl sink, asko dual-fuel cooktop, qasair dual-motor 900 rangehook, dishwasher space higher than 875mm, fridge space 900*750mm, zip or billi filter system.
• Bathrooms: Recessed floor in the shower area without hump, seal the tiling seam, ceramic basin, fan heater, tiling to the ceiling height, floating vanities or tiled footing, wall taps, in-wall toilets, lighting around the mirror.
• Ground floor living: internal door between living and foyer, recessed tracking rails to the sliding doors to the Alfresco.
• First floor living: Wet bar with a zip / billi tap + a normal tap.
• Wardrobes: intenal storage taken out.
• Security: Alarm system taken out, BYO entrance door lock

对 BBH 正式tender 5k好像，1200 = survey+soil test +前期咨询，但是不给report。。。

对的，HH前期初步报价是免费的，4500正式tender fee才开始survey之类一堆东西包含在费用里面

不给report的意思，是说不给paperwork，还是说连检测结果和测量结果都保密？

Homeone上又有人教本事了：

If 99% sure that you or a representative (ie inspector) are allowed access to the site with 48hrs notice to the builder as per HIA contract. I'm also pretty certain that conditions can't be placed on that even if they try via special conditions.

Do a google search for HIA and site access and find the relevant item for your state. It's enshrined in various legislations about what constitutes reasonable access and how the various rights are achieved. Placing a cost on it is absolutely not reasonable. The builder doesn't own the site, you do.

So stick it to them.
