[IT] 请教关于电话面试的一些注意事项 [复制链接]

不知道这里又没有TZ有用过TCM(THE CARE MANAGER)这个的,现在我申请的工作就是DATABASE ADMI,马上要有一轮电话INTERVIEW,但是对这个不是很了解,想请教一下.

同时把这个公司的要求贴一下,如果那位有经验,麻烦指教一二.谢谢!

The company is a organization group covered whole NSW. Company doing health products and services. I never worked in any health area before, all in IT or Banking area, so I do not have any idea how the organization working policy.

database administration:
undertake all data administration requirement including user security and access changes, standard report generation, maintenance of lookup lists and currency of service program codes, cose codes and service outlet numbers.
documentation:
In conjuction with the Project Consultant;information managerment systems. maintain and update all business documentation relating to user rules, business process forms development and work instructions related to the functionality of the care manager.
Reporting&data Requestes:
support state service delivery manager and community team leaders to use TCM inbuilt reporting fuctions. If requested, ensure that timely and accurate reports are generated for senior managers and team leaders to meet funding body or business requirements. report any data integrity issues to the data management consultant.
customer service&communication skills:
inconjuction with the project consultant;information management system support the comprtency training and education program for staff on the use of the care manager and ensure all staff related training requests are followed up in a timely fashion. effectively interacts with staff within sservice delivery areas. communicates information in a clear and concise manner- both written and verbal. adopts a solutions focused approach and uses feedback and listening skills to facilitate constructive interactions.
Help desk and support:
coordinate the help desk and support for TCM users to provide online, face to face and telephone consultation to ensure users;competency in the use of the care manager.

我搜索了, 找到一些关于其他的面试的,不过没有关于ADMIN的,都是一些关于ACCOUNT的,而且没有人知道这个TCM吗?
