父母143入境后的移民监和10年后拿福利的问题

有过来人可以指点一下吗？

父母143下签后入境，为了续PR，5年内要住满2年。另一方面，10年后才能拿福利，10年是累计下的10年，还是每年离境只要小于3个月的话，就还算是待了一年？10年后的福利指的是什么福利？入境后就能申请medicare和senior card，这些不算福利吗？

养老金是一定要累积住满十年的，一天不能少
其他福利拿到pr十年后可以申请，老年人可以申请special benefit

所以只有养老金要等10年，一年都不能少？你说的其他pr10年后可以申请的福利，有那些？谢谢

嗯，养老金一定要累积在澳洲境内十年后才能申请

下面这些福利是做aos时说明的，十年内不能领取的福利，那么十年后应该就可以申请了，但是适用于父母的，估计只有special benefit了
• Austudy Payment(Austudy 助學金)
• Newstart Allowance(Newstart 津貼)
• Parenting Payment (Partnered)(家長補助金 — 配偶)
• Parenting Payment (Single)(家長補助金 — 單親)
• Sickness Allowance(疾病津貼)
• Special Benefit(特許福利金)
• Widow Allowance(孀婦補助金)
• Youth Allowance(青少年津貼)

意思是 养老金要在澳洲累计呆满十年才能有啊？就是要刨除回国呆的时间呀？就是回国呆一年，就要晚拿养老金一年吗？

应该是143PR下签起的十年以后，跟回国住段时间没关系，到时候1万保证金能退，就说明可以领福利了。本人理解应该如此！

查了移民局网站：

You will not automatically receive the age pension or social security payments in Australia. You will have to wait:

two years for most social security payments
ten years for age and disability pension payments.
You could qualify for a Special Benefit payment from the Department of Human Services if you suffer a major change of circumstances that is beyond your control. Any payments you receive might be recoverable through your assurance of support for up to ten years after your arrival or the grant of your visa whichever is applicable to your circumstances. This 10-year period is not waived if you become an Australian citizen.

所以10年后比现在多拿的也就是养老金了。 Social security payment有哪些呀？

A newly arrived resident's waiting period applies to people who have not been Australian residents and in Australia for a period of, or periods totalling, 104 weeks (i.e. two years).  Periods spent in Australia as an Australian resident, at any time in a person's life, can be counted towards the waiting period.
Payments with a newly arrived resident's waiting period include Newstart Allowance, Mature Age Allowance, Partner Allowance, Youth Allowance, Mobility Allowance, Austudy Payment, Sickness Allowance, Pensioner Education Supplement, Carer Payment and Special Benefit.  The waiting period also applies to the Health Care Card and the Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card.
