Thanks on ur advice and tips. I have a bad eating habit I must admit, although junk hardly exist in my diet routine however I do like to have one big meal during lunch time and skip dinner most of the time in the hope of losing extra weight, it has worked in the beginning, but now guess my body is so used to the routine therefore I show no sign of weight loss at all this days.....
The only way now is by increasing exercises more often I guess...... |
