1.This voucher offer is open to selected eBay.com.au registered members who are Australian residents and are 18 years of age or older. By using or attempting to use this voucher you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. The voucher is valid up to the “end date” stated with the voucher offer on your “My eBay” page ("the Promotional Period"). Any voucher which is not redeemed by the relevant “end date” will cease to be valid.
2.This voucher is linked to your eBay UserID. The transaction must be completed with the eBay UserID which received the voucher offer in order to redeem the voucher.
3.The voucher offer is valid only when you pay with, and the seller accepts, PayPal as a payment method.
4.To redeem this voucher, when making a purchase on eBay.com.au, and using PayPal as your payment method, enter the voucher code into the voucher box during the checkout process. For help in changing or adding email addresses to your PayPal account, click here.
5.Your eBay.com.au and PayPal accounts must be active at the time of redemption (not suspended nor made inactive by eBay or PayPal).
6.The email address registered for your eBay and PayPal accounts must be the same in order to redeem your voucher.
7.The voucher is for the promotional value set out on the voucher itself (and also set out in your “My eBay”) and is subject to any minimum spend requirements or maximum discount value, as set out on the voucher. The voucher can only be used on eBay.com.au. This voucher can be used for one transaction only.
8.This voucher cannot be combined with any other voucher, site discount, rebate, offer, gift voucher or other promotion offered by eBay or PayPal.
9.eBay and PayPal make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the item purchased upon redemption of the voucher.
10.In the event you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a voucher, the value of the voucher will not be refunded to you.
11.The voucher has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn into your bank account, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded to a third party.
12.To the extent permitted by law, eBay or PayPal will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the voucher or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the voucher.
13.The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales.
