BOOKKEEPER / ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT /  ACCOUNTANT


Due to a high demand in our services, we are currently seeking for an experienced bookkeeper / junior accountant / assistant accountant to join our young and energetic team.

This position will report to Client Services Manager.

To be successful in this role you must:
- speak fluent English
- have an excellent communication skills
- have good writing skills.
- highly organised (great organisation skills)
- good attention to details without reducing the productivity
- know how to use MYOB and other accounting / ERP softwares will be provided
- understanding of accounting principle and journal entry (this question will be asked during the interview)
- be proactive and be honest
- Fast Learner and Adaptable
- must have an understanding of Excel, word.
- Good time management skills
- have a minimum of 2 years office experience.


Duties include:
- Accounts Payable and Account receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll and superannuation
- Balance sheet & Profit and Loss Reconciliations
- Audit Schedule
- Management Reporting
- BAS and PAYG Lodgement.
- Provide office and admin support to directors


This full time position offers a good opportunity to learn all aspect of the business in a different industry to develop your commercial business acumen.
