Where can I call for free?
From Australia, you’ll be able to call any standard landline or mobile in China, India, USA, UK, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and South Korea. There’s no limit to the number or length of the calls you make either.
Will I be charged anything at all for these calls?
No, your connection and call are completely free.
How many calls can I make?
You can make as many calls as you like within those two days. Calls can only be for personal use and our Fair Use Policy applies.
When do the free calls start and finish?
Any call you make between 00:01am on Saturday, 18 October and 11:59pm on Sunday, 19 October (local time) will cost you nothing.
If your call starts before 11:59pm (local time) on 19 October and/or continues into 20 October, you’ll only be charged for the portion of the call that starts after and/or continues past the promotion period.
Are the free calls for just existing customers?
Yes, for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers. If you join us on or before 19 October, you can still take advantage of our free call offer.
Can I still make the free calls if I've run out of credit?
Yes, as long as your current recharge has not expired. If it has, you’ll need to recharge to take advantage.
What if my Prepaid plan doesn't include international calls?
You can still make free international calls to the ten overseas locations
