关于Assistant Accountant的具体职责

求各位前辈指点：
小女现在的工作是accounts assistant，主要负责AP 和 bank reconciliation，adjustment journal和debtor/revenue reconciliation也做不少。但是感觉还没有涉及到assistant Accountant做的事情，比如AA month end要做些什么，GL reconciliation，balance sheet reconciliation，FTB这些都烦请前辈们给个概述，拜托啦

稍微大点的公司，AA 不再做AP，AR的东西，月底协调一下就好了。可能在做个BAS ，FA register

每个公司的AA都不一样，还是要看你的boss愿意给你做什么。

Well, your AA duties look alrite in a normall SME.

Basically, the smaller the company is, the more transactinal acocunting work (like AP, AR) you need to take.

AA in a larger team may still need to do bank or AR reconciliation, but they would get more exposure on EOM journals, BS reconciliation and various taxes like IAS/BAS lodgement, PTX etc.

It is case-by-case, we do not have an universal version for AA duties.

要看公司 我也是aa 但是eom也没做过 因为我老板是tax mgr我只做tax还有一些fin reporting啊
