这个parental leave pay是公司一定要给的吗？还是公司可以选择给或者不给？

centrelink的ppl会先打给公司，再由公司发给员工。至于公司会不会自掏腰包支付额外的leave要看双方的劳动合同以及公司规定。

只要都能申请就OK啊 不同时领根本就不是问题

我是先拿單位的12周maternity leave，再拿centrelink的18周ppl的。
我只知道ppl是在你沒有在工作收入的時候才能領，所以那段時間我和單位申請了leave without pay。

休两次产假了，一直在同时领啊。Centrelink通过公司发钱，工资单上都有显示的
