这个parental leave pay是公司一定要给的吗?还是公司可以选择给或者不给?

centrelink的ppl会先打给公司,再由公司发给员工。至于公司会不会自掏腰包支付额外的leave要看双方的劳动合同以及公司规定。

领 centrelink的ppl 的期间不能领公司的钱。

我是先拿單位的12周maternity leave,再拿centrelink的18周ppl的。
我只知道ppl是在你沒有在工作收入的時候才能領,所以那段時間我和單位申請了leave without pay。

If your employer currently provides paid maternity or parental leave through an industrial agreement or law, they cannot withdraw your entitlement to that leave for the life of the agreement or law. The scheme does not change any existing employer provided leave entitlements.

休两次产假了,一直在同时领啊。Centrelink通过公司发钱,工资单上都有显示的
