Husband and Wife have "Tennants in Common" in a property with 70% and 30% respectively. If Husband passes away and doesn't have a Will, then

(1)Whether the 70% share will go to Wife automatically?
(2)If (1) is true, whether Wife need to pay any Tax?

我的理解是joint tenant才会自动转到老婆名下 tennants in common是不会自动转的。
