请教103转143的queue No.问题

去年6月30号前递上了父母的103,13年11月19号收到的REF NO. 到现在还没得到QUEUE NO.发邮件给 case officer, 说case还没有allocate。现在想请教大家，要想给父母转143，是不是最好等103的queue No. 下来再转，这样是不是可以节省一点103排队时的时间。下面是case officer 的回信：

Please be advised that the your parents’ subclass 103 visa application has not been allocated for assessment as yet.

The case should be allocated for assessment within the next 2 – 3 months.

You will hear from this office once the case has been allocated to a case officer for assessment.

等待103的时间计入143时间，所以不用着急，官方自动回信给出了说明的
