Job Information / Requirements

Placed in our Inventory Accounting team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the recording and processing of invoices relating to imported inventory in shipping registers. You will record, reconcile, and follow-up transactions arising from inventory related sales as well as the preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations, analysis of variations and generally supporting the inventory accounting section.

To be successful the minimum requirements of the role are:
• Excellent accuracy skills
• Previous data entry experience
• Relevant degree qualification
• Sound decision-making and investigative skills
• Ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective planning and organising skills
• Proficiency in Excel is required
• Previous Accounts Payable experience in international invoices will be viewed favourably.
