为什么浏览器一个个打不开网页了？

我的google chrome 一直都开不了网页，显示：
This may be because your firewall or antivirus software wrongly thinks Google Chrome is an intruder on your computer and is blocking it from connecting to the Internet.
但是我从来没有动过firewall。

后来看到firefox和ie还能用，我也就不理chrome了，谁知道刚刚还在用着firefox浏览器开网页，后面关闭重新开的时候，出现一个消息框（其实每次开都出），关于什么default program的，我也没有仔细看，我点no，然后再想用firefox，就什么网页都打不开了。出现下面的信息：
the site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy
if you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection
if your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that firefox is permitted to access the web.

我现在只能用ie打开网页了，我觉得很纳闷，我也没有更改什么啊，更不会弄firewall / proxy的东西，怎么firefox一下就开不了了呢？我很怕到明天ie也出现这样的问题开不了网页，那就麻烦了。

请问，为什么firefox会突然用不了呢？

杀毒软件也可能造成这个问题，比如我用的AVAST一打开网页防护，CHROME就开不了网页。

那你怎么解决的？我就有northen onlinesecurity 。我用的win 8

我是关掉这个功能，不过你的这个我没用过，所以不知道是不是这个原因造成的
