plan没变,但是他的旧计划在24个月到期之后,不续了。

As you are now aware, you have been a customer of Live Connected for more than 24 months As we always indicate at the point of sale, plans are only ever offered for a maximum of 24 months. As the market changes, we too shift with it, so unfortunately your current plans has expired..
We value the loyalty you've given all through out the fulfillment of the 2-year contract. However, the change is due to the the recent restrictions implemented by the network. We appreciate your understanding towards this change and we will honor whatever decisions you will consider in effect of this. You may deem transferring to a different mobile provider to satisfy your mobile service needs or continue enjoying the current mobile satisfaction we are giving with the new plan.
