How to claim your cash back
To claim your cash back, simply;
1. purchase an Eligible Philips Kitchen appliance (as indicated above) during the Promotional Period
2. complete the official claim form in full (which can be downloaded below)
3. Complete and mail the claim form in a postage paid envelope along with the original barcode (cut from the product’s packaging) and a copy of
the store purchase receipt to:
