As a benefit of employment with XXX, we offer members in the default fund an incentive to contribute to superannuation, whereby the company will contribute an additional 5% super for employees who contribute 4% (after-tax) or 4.71%(pre-tax)
towards their retirement savings.
4.71% pre-tax contribution allows for 15% tax to be deducted from you pre-taxed contribution.
Additional Voluntary contribution
You are not limited to contributing 4% (after tax) or 4.71% (pre-tax) to superannuation. You can make additional contributions from after-tax salary of from before-tax salary(salary sacrifice).
If you wish to nominate a different contribution level, please complete the section below. Please ensure the figures listed below are inclusive of the 4%(pre-tax) or 4.71%(salary sacrifice) contribution level reqired to be eligible for the additional employer contribution.
