搬家去了new apt. 想把网络和电话relocate过来。tpg发了一下这个邮件,请高人说下什么意思啊????我们该签什么网络阿。。。。
我们是刚set up的tpg,一直用到2个月搬家到这里。要是取消了合同,是不是会罚款阿?我们也不知道现在这里不可以用adsl2

Unfortunately we have been advised by Telstra that the address................ where you wish to have ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone installed is either fed directly via Fibre optic or via a RIM which is Fibre, thus unable to carry the ADSL signal. If the address that you had supplied (as above) is incorrect or incomplete in any way, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be able to make these corrections and resubmit your application.
However, if the address supplied is correct, unfortunately this technical limitation is beyond TPG’s control and unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with your application further.
To cancel your account, please email adsl_cancel@tpg.com.au. Please ensure you include your ADSL username or customer ID in any correspondence.
