Same here. I just let him cry out. there is a place in my house is for crying. When he starts, I just take him to the cry place and let him cry out. It is not a punishment, just let him know it is OK to cry, as long as it is not disturbing anyone else in the house. after a few tries, he has already got the idea of crying out and when he finishes, he will walk to me calm and cool. then I will start to talk him through what just happened and why I cannot do what he was asking me to do(eg take him out play), ect, and what will be happening so he can slowly get the idea of "wait". but 打人 is not permitted at my place. When he did 打人, I normally give him a big and firm"NO" with eye contact, and he learnt from this.
hope it helps.
