About the role
The tax compliance senior analyst role supports the high net worth team in Melbourne on tax compliance matters.  You will be preparing and reviewing individuals trust and company tax returns, preparing accounts for trust and companies and preparing and reviewing tax and cash flow estimates. You will be a part of year-end planning meetings and assisting clients in completing forms to set up trusts. You will also be preparing and advising on quarterly PAYG variations.
  
About your experience
You will bring a Business degree, and be CA or CPA qualified. You will bring an interest in providing tax advice and compliance services to high net worth individuals. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to client service and working as part of an integrated service delivery team. You will bring an innovative approach and first class time management and organisational skills

他们在 CBD租个一万元左右的办公桌位置给你坐在那里，一年至少350k 的从你身上产出 的毛利，只给内部partner做 ？

去年这个职位登出来过，你可以看看 属于internal services的

这个广告目标群 针对的是 second tie firm的 manager 。。小 firm 的就不用去看了。。

second tie firm的 manager 的 人通常下个 职业目标是 promote 到 director 或者 partner, 在这个时候 去 big 4重新开始重新奋斗，除非跟自己上司过不去吧

这个广告是 昨天在 seek上早上 5点登出来的，重来没有想过要去big 4的我 第一次看到这个广告才发现自己 现在做的 东西 和 这个 广告需要的是如此接近，由于自身的职业和人生目标的既定我没有打算申请这个职业。 但我衷心希望足迹上有相似经验和梦想的人可以得到。
如果你现在刚毕业或者在小firm做，希望有一天去big 4 然后有一天带着big 4的光环建立自己 的 事务所，其实这个职位很适合你，而且它一点都 不遥远，楼上说 的这个职位过一段时间就 需要人了。从职位描述可以知道 “You will bring an interest in providing tax advice ” 和 "working as part of an integrated service delivery team＂这是一个teamplayer的职位

按我个人理解这个职位是这样的：
服务人群：high net worth  individuals， 简单的说就是各大企业director, 专业人士等等。
由于他们收入高很高，需要 有trust 和 company 作为investment vehicle 帮助合法省税
division 7 A 和 unpaid present entitlement  的高度熟悉
作为完成trust & co. year end account 绝对是这个职位的基本需求。
tax and cash flow estimates & quarterly PAYG variations 是作为managment account 或者tax planning 的 一种。 你需要知道 GDP adjusted tax ，和 PAYG variation rule  等帮助你完成这个 任务 。

你肯定没和 hr聊过。。小firm的他们是看不上眼的。。

这点我认同，如果firm 的规模小，在操作上没有他们规范
只是不明白为什么一定要 “ second tie firm的 manager ” ？ accountant 不行呢 ？

我是和 HR 聊过的。。她也并没有说是second tie。。但是起码 firm要有超过 20个 staff-accountant 那种 级别。。。
manager是 首选。。其次是senior accountant 。。。10个staff以内的 frim 她们是不考虑的 。。。

至于为什么这个岗位空出来。。之前有听过传闻。。。

传闻说 现在 4大 （melb） 和 猫本 某家 最大的 py 培训合作。。德勤某 mager 说py 的学生 是“shit”，很恼火，
然后和大老板说要们 他走 要们 py 学生走。。。现在开来貌似 是 manager 走了。。。

求内幕 求爆料。。。

20+ 个 accountant 就算 2nd tie了？
