我是2月提交的，4月扣款的，然后就没有然后了。写信去移民局问，得到答复如下。
It takes up to 3 years from the date of lodgement before an application for parent visa subclass can be allocated. That is, when the Case Officer start the assessing of the parent visa application.
Our records show that your parent visa application has not been allocated yet, therefore, it has not been assessed yet. Once it is allocated, your Case Officer will inform you in writing.
