父母三个月探亲签证延期需要每个人另外交700澳币？从今年七月一号开始？

除了290澳币申请费，100澳币体检，另外每个人还要交700澳币？从今年七月一号开始实施？
请问大家这是真的吗？

如果你父母的旅游签证是在澳洲以外的地区获得的，那第一次在澳洲续签不需要交那个700块钱，只需要交每个人的签证费290。但是第二次在澳洲续签的时候可能要交。如果你父母在第一次在澳续签后在签证有效期内离开了澳洲再申请旅游签证就不需要交那个额外的700块钱。移民局如果有额外要求体检也是按人头收费的。

The subsequent temporary application charge

Example of when the subsequent temporary application chargeis paid:

1. Fritz applies for, and is granted a Tourist (subclass 600) visa in his home country. Fritz has to pay the base application charge for this visa as the main applicant.

• This visa is not liable for the subsequent temporary application charge as it was granted outside Australia.
• As this visa was granted outside Australia, it is not counted towards any further temporary visa applications Fritz makes in Australia where the subsequent temporary application charge may apply.
  

Therefore, the visa application charge is made up of:

1 x base application charge of AUD115 for Fritz as the main applicant
=
Total visa application charge of AUD115*

2. While he is in Australia and before his Tourist visa expires, Fritz applies for and is granted, a further Tourist (subclass 600) visa.

• Fritz has to pay the base application charge for this visa as the main applicant.
• He does not have to pay the subsequent temporary application charge as it is not preceded by a visa that counts towards the application of this charge. In this example, Fritz's previous visa was granted outside Australia.
• However, this visa counts towards any further temporary visa applications Fritz makes in Australia where thesubsequent temporary application charge may apply.
  

Therefore, the visa application charge is made up of:

1 x base application charge of AUD290 for Fritz as the main applicant
=
Total visa application charge of AUD290*

Note: This visa is counted towards consideration of future subsequent temporary application charges

3. Before the Tourist visa expires, Fritz applies for another Tourist (subclass 600) visa. This is the second temporary visa that Fritz has applied for while he is in Australia.

• Fritz has to pay the base application charge for this visa as the main applicant.
• Fritz now has to pay the subsequent temporary application charge as,
  • Fritz has applied for the visa while he is in Australia
  • the visa Fritz previously held was counted towards this charge, and
  • the visa Fritz is applying for is liable for this charge.
    
  
  

The visa application charge is made up of:

1 x base application charge of AUD290 for Fritz as the main applicant
+
1 x subsequent temporary application charge of AUD700 for Fritz
(this is his second application for a temporary visa that he made in Australia)
=
Total visa application charge of AUD990*

Note: If Fritz had left Australia before the expiry of the first Tourist visa that he applied for in Australia, and applied for further Tourist visa in his home country, the subsequent temporary application charge would not have applied.
