最近把自己国内学历寄出去了。 通过Overseas Qualifications Unit. 程序还是比较简单的，而且他们提供的服务是免费的，现在就等他们寄回结果来给我了，具体操作如下：
How to Create an Application
Step1 - Download the Confidential Client Registration Form (PDF 34 kb) or the MS Word version Confidential Client Registration Form (Word) (DOC 220 kb)
Step 2 – Make sure you have the following documents to submit
1) Certified copies of your citizenship certificate or passport identifying page* and visa to show work permission in Australia.
2) Certified copy of your degree certificate
3) Certified copy of your transcript of subjects (mark sheet)
4) Certified copies of translations of your degree/diploma certificate and transcript of subjects into English if not already in English
5) Certified copy showing evidence of a name change (If applicable) i.e. marriage certificate
>>What are Certified Copies?A certified copy of an original document is a copy signed and witnessed by a person(s) who are authorised to witness statutory declarations and certify documentation.

PERSONS WHO CAN WITNESS STATUTORY DECLARATIONS AND CERTIFY DOCUMENTATION
- A Justice of the Peace or a Bail Justice
- A Notary Public
- A barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court
- A clerk to a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court [barristers' clerk]
- The Prothonotary or a Deputy Prothonotary of the Supreme Court, the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar of the County Court, the Principal Registrar of the Magistrates' Court or a Registrar or Deputy Registrar of the Magistrates' Court
- The Registrar of Probates or an Assistant Registrar of Probates
- The Associate to a Judge of the Supreme Court or of the County Court
-The Secretary of a Master of the Supreme Court or of the County Court
- A person registered as a Patent Attorney under Part XV of the Patents Act 1952 of the Commonwealth
- A member of the police force
- The sheriff or a deputy sheriff
- A member or a former member of either House of the Parliament of Victoria
- A member or a former member of either House of the Parliament of the Commonwealth - A councillor of a municipality
- A senior officer of a Council as defined in the Local Government Act 1989
- A registered medical practitioner within the meaning of the Medical Practice Act 1994
- A dentist
- A veterinary practitioner
- A pharmacist
- A principal in the [government] teaching service
- The [branch] manager of a bank
- A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or the Australian Society of Accountants or the National Institute of Accountants
- The secretary of a building society
- A minister of religion authorised to celebrate marriages [not a civil celebrant]
- A person employed under Part 3 of the Public Sector Management and Employment Act 1998 with a classification that is prescribed as a classification for statutory declarations or who holds office in a statutory authority with such a classification
- a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria)

Overseas Qualifications Unit
The Victorian Overseas Qualifications Unit (OQU) provides free confidential services to assist overseas qualified professionals living in Victoria (who have a current working Visa for Australia) with:
- Academic assessment of overseas qualifications from higher education or post secondary schooling (i.e University Qualifications or some Vocational or Technical Education). This is useful for further education, training and general employment purposes. Our qualifications assessments are nationally recognised by the majority of employers and educational institutions.
- Career and vocational guidance. OQU vocational advice session explores your career options, and the employment pathways available. The session gives you advice and information you can use, to make a transition into the Australian workplace. Please note that this service is not available to overseas students.
- Information and referral services OQU also offers information and referral services to other relevant organisations and programs.
