It all depends on what advertising is done. I have 2 agents for 2 different property
the first one did not charge anything for the advertisement so I got a crappy board infront of the house with no photo and just realesate.com.au and domain.com.au listing. In the end, fail to sell the house.
the second one I paid 1500 for advertising, this include premium ad on realestate.com.au, local city paper advertising, professional photo and plan diagram. The property attracted alot more buyers and sold to a price I am happy with.
So I think end of the day if you know the property is hot and will sell, it does not matter if you pay a little more for advertising since it is small money compare to how much the sell will be. But if you just want to test the market, choose the one with lease advertising fee. |
