此房在Knox shopping centre 附近，小区安全美丽，房子整洁宽敞，家庭居住。现招干净整洁单生朋友居住，男女不限。
房间宽敞，大型walk in robes,有吊扇和中央暖气。有独立的后院门进出，自己的漂亮大客厅，我们一般用前面的客厅，偶尔去看看电视。现代化新式厨房，煤气锅灶，浴室。。。
交通便利，可以步行至safeway 和中国超市，邮局，理发店，药店，和其他各类的店。还有各类饭馆，中国，印度，意大利pizza,...应有尽有。开车到knox SC 5分钟，或坐直达公交车！９００，９０１，７５７，７５５。。。
公交车还可以去机场，glen Waverley SC 和火车站，MonashＵｎｉ Swinburn Uni. Etc.
房租＄１５０包煤气水电等，视情况可商量！

Room features uiet and generous room with big walk in robes, king size single bed or queen size bed both available, with bedside table, study desk. Features with Ceiling fan as well as central heating. It sits at the back of the house and has private access though the back yard. Adjacent to 2 nd Beautilful living area... It is a sweet home. Nice kitchen and bathroom...
Convenient location, 5 min walking distance to scoresby shopping centre with safeway and all kinds of different shops,deli and dinning places. Close to Knox shopping centre, 5 Mins drive, or take public transport straight to the Knox SC. Bus 900,901,757, 755 ect leads to Knox SC, glen waverley shopping centre,or trainstation, Monash Uni , Swinburn Uni etc.
Bills are included, electricity, gas, water...etc.
