item 3, your parents in law need to be PR and live in Australia during the tax year to claim the tax offset, also, their income from Overseas such as pension, rental, interest have to be taken into account for income assessment. you claimed before, does not mean your previous claim is correct.
item 2, unless your PAYG summary show meal allowance amount, you can claim provide you keep all the receipts. really depends on your occupation.
