怎样申请comtax credit union的车贷啊?

在网上查了一下,就属这家的利率最低7.99.
昨天发信去询问:为什么不能在他们的网站上查这个贷款的详细信息?
回信如下:没有看懂.

the credit union. As we are the credit union for the Australian Taxation Office
and Child Support Agency staff, please advise if you are an employee otherwise
I regret that we cannot assist you with your application.

看起来好像是，你必须在ATO以及CHild Support Agency工作，然后加入他们的Union，才能拿到相应的利息。
