lol, I disagree this time.
You don't know where those dogs have been eating. Don't tell me you never take dog to grass or walk.
As long as dog has chance to go outside like lawn, he has chance to sniff on other dog's poop, insects, or even eat them like snacks.
Dog can easily step on their urine , poop on their feet, plus dog tail, hair around dog tail, are easily caught with other unhygienic objects. Dog lick himself on his private parts, his hair, etc etc
You can't just hope you wipe off dust on feet and face which will eliminate all the potential threats.
I love dog, but let's face it, dog is a dog, it's not human and it doesn't wipe his ass after visiting toilet and nor he will wear pants.
I feed dog with my hand everyday but I still wash hands afterwards everytime.
