我的问题，还是鬼子们的问题

i mention contractor and perm staff , just because i experienced  the cold air in my first job & my second one. In addition, i m pretty sure of that is not my personal problem since my co-worker who is contractor coming from the same agency suffered from it too.

The only thing i can say is,different office got different circumstances.

of course i understand the benefit of becoming contractor, that is why the current company was glad to take me as perm, coz' too many contractors there.

Taking it up with my direct supervisor? .... 最近我的上司对我超多意见，尽把一些我没做过的事情诬赖在我头上，第一次第二次我都纠正了他，上星期五第三次跟我发火，我实在无话可说，他纯粹是把工作上的压力发泄到我头上。我是公司里最小的那个，当然谁都可以拿来就捏的，我只想平安度过试用期，不想惹事。这样的上司我只好退避三舍。

我当然也不想把这事变成个人的恩怨啊，上司对我严厉一些是帮助我成长，是吧~？那总不能老把我没干的事情栽到我头上。现在夹起尾巴做人~~

in that case, just keep your head down. At the end of the day, we don't wanna work for a company like that. just do your time and go somewere else in due course.
