求助，关于晚注册费

求助下，之前在monash晚注册了，然后12年2月的时候discontinue了monash，转学到了别的地方。。
我当时不清楚是不是转学了也要交这个晚注册费，我就email她，A指代我，B指代她

i cant log into my monash email.the system says that i have entered wrong username or password.


maybe thats because i discontinue from the course


so i am writing to you on another email.


you told me that i dont have to pay the late enrolment fee if i discontinue from this course


however,the monash fees team mailed me to remind me of paying the fees,


this confuses me.


can you please tell me do i need to pay the fees?

然后13年2月的时候去monash，被告知罚款未交，然后之前所在faculty也不承认跟我说过不用交，可是我觉得这个老师跟我说了不用交了，求助一下，我是否哪里理解有错误？？
