4月拿的pr,老885，等签都三年，算不算在澳居住满两年了呀？

申请时sponsor得是pr, 你满足。
而且要lawfully resident两年。你等885前是tr吗?

等了三年一直是过桥呀，算吗？

应该不可以。

如果是temp resident还好。

官网只说是PR就可以了，没提住满2年的事

Lawful residence means residence in Australia on a temporary or permanent visa. 可是过桥A，B，C起码都是temp visa
但是lawfully resident应该是指以居民身份居住，所以我理解需要是永居或至少是临居。
记得有几个网友以前提过，PR拿到了，做sponsor被移民局指出居住时间不够。

纯粹个人想法。

拿到PR前可以是学生签证，我当时打电话去问过的，我拿了PR不到一年就递申请了，我爸妈现在也拿到父母移民了。

lawful resident任何合法签证都算的 包括学生签证过桥签证
