周一的面试

好像是一个是做claim work compensation的公司(比如workcover)
Accountant职位.需要strong analytical skills
responsibilities里还需要Explaining and investigating budget variances 和 Calculation & review of scheme income

因为没有这方面的经验,以前也只有bookkeeper的经验,所以现在不是太有头绪,正在复习SA的work compensation scheme @_@

不知道有没有在类似公司或职位工作过的

请问这样的公司都是怎么盈利的啊?因为还要求Assess present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities within the South Australian workers compensation scheme
