求助 谁会填写在线申请PPL的步骤？？？

求高人指导，在线填写申请paid parental Leave  !!   根本不得要领，已经抓狂了！！！填写个人注册信息都过不去！！！
比如说：
interaction rent   （解释看不懂） 是什么意思？后面让填金额，我们是自己买的房子。（以前没跟centrelink 打过交道）
还有让填一个8周内给的号码，我就没受到过任何号码（保证不是注册号码，因为填了不管用）欧干错
结果被拒了几次后干脆把我踢出来了！！！！！
请问各位大仙谁最近填过PPL的，能不能详细指导一下。

This is not a receipt number that you receive from making a repayment on the money you owe, or any of the reference numbers from Centrelink or Family Assistance letters.

我申请的时候真的没有遇到这样的问题哦。那填0呢？

我就是自己买的房子，填0.00 也不行，不填也不行。 郁闷ing

没填过rent是多少啊，估计前面有问你是租房还是自己的房子吧，看看你前面有没有弄错的地方

你再往前面的步骤看看有没有哪里填的不对？我申请的时候真没有这个问题，我也是自己买的房子，还有贷款呢。一步步填下来真的很烦。我当时填了56个小时呢。头都大了。
