We have a spacious room located within a neat, fresh and tidy block available for rent. The room is 10 msq and has a queen size bed, study desk and large built in wardrobe.
Our unit itself is spacious and tidy with roomy kitchen and bathroom
and a relaxing balcony.
We are located in the CBD of Bankstown. 8 minutes walk to bankstown station. we are across the street from Bankstown Centro: Woolworths, Franklins, Myers, Big W, K-Mart, Target, Dan Murphys, RTA, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, St George, ANZ, Post Office.
We are a friendly young couple, looking for a clean, tidy and quiet liked-minded flatmate to share.
Bills and Internet included. Suitable for Uni student or single female. No smokers please.
Rent $140/W, Four weeks bond required. One week rent in advance and photo ID will be required.
